Cancellation Policy

Boats reserved for 1 - 7 days have a 10-day cancellation policy. (10-days in advance prior to the first day of your rental)

Boats reserved for 8 - 14 days have a 14-day cancellation policy. (14-days in advance prior to the first day of your rental)

Boats reserved for 15 - 21 days have a 21-day cancellation policy. (21-days in advance prior to the first day of your rental)

Boats reserved for 22 days and up have a 30-day cancellation policy. (30-days in advance prior to the first day of your rental)

Note: Special Events and Holidays have 7-day minimum rental with a 14-day cancellation policy.

Should you have to cancel your reservation deposit will be refunded less a 10% service fee.  Late cancellations and "no shows" will be charged 50% of the quoted boat rental rate plus sales tax.
