The secret to cooking Wahoo - either grilled or fried - is DO NOT OVERCOOK!

Wahoo can be caught year round.  Preferred method of catching Wahoo is trolling wire rigged lures either baited with ballyhoo or pulled naked.  Captain Bob's favorite color is black and purple.

Also you will need to get the baits down below the surface either by using a planer or a trolling sinker or downrigger.

Make sure your tackle is 30lb plus because when the wahoo hits, if you do not turn him, he will smoke your reel!
