Renting a boat
What to look for!

Everybody shops around... whether it be for the best price, the best value, or for the best FL Keys boat rental company. So while you are shopping around ask these questions of the other boat rental companies.............

 
1. Ask if the rental boats are insured and do not hesitate to ask to see a Certificate/Evidence of Insurance for their rental boats.

2. Ask what year the rental boat is.  Rental companies that advertise "Like New" or "All Brand New" rental boats are in fact at least 2 years or older.

3. Ask if the rental boat has a 4-stroke engine.  4-stroke engines are the most fuel efficient.

4. Ask if the pictures of the rental boat are the actual picture of the rental boat you will be renting.  Beware of website pictures that show a "pretty girl wearing a bikini on a boat".  That boat is most likely not the boat you will be renting and the picture is from a "boat manufacturer's" website. The pictures on Vacation Boat Rentals website or in fact the actual rental boats you will be renting. We have nothing to hide; we are very proud of our rental boat fleet!
